• All orders are carefully packed to ensure that each product arrives in perfect condition.
• Standard shipping rates apply, depending on the destination country. Small package rates are available for certain countries. Please check the rates during checkout.
• Every package is sent with a track and trace code, allowing you to monitor its progress.
• We aim to process and ship your orders within 1-2 business days, excluding any pre-order items.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

• Lightstick Stands: Each lightstick stand is carefully made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to ship your stands.
• Other Pre-order Items: Pre-order items will be shipped based on the production time from our supplier and the shipping time for the items to reach us. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.
