We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days of receipt.

If your complaint requires a longer processing time, you will receive a confirmation within 14 days along with an indication of when you can expect a more detailed response.

If we are unable to resolve the complaint together, the complaint may be submitted to WebwinkelKeur for free mediation.
