Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving any reason.
Return Periods (14–14–14 Rule)
The right of withdrawal consists of the following three legally required periods:
1. Withdrawal notification period
The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to notify us that they wish to withdraw from the purchase (return request).
2. Return period
After the withdrawal has been reported, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product.
3. Refund period
The refund will be processed within 14 days after the withdrawal notification, provided that the product has been received by us or that proof of return shipment has been supplied.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Condition of Returned Products & Value Depreciation
You may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product is damaged, or if the packaging is damaged more than necessary to inspect or try the product, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation in value.
Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
